Right of Way
ProLand, LLC possess the staff and skills necessary to provide complete right-of-way services to public agencies. Julie Cope is a SR/WA with in the IRWA (International Right of Way Association), and maintains that all Right of Way Acquisition services are in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Policies Property Acquisitions Act of 1970.
Our Right of Way expertise include: resolving property owner and contractor disputes, ordering and review of site plans, overseeing construction, and testifying at public hearings. Performing negotiations/acquisition of right of way for governmental agencies, including title review, and coordination for survey and appraisal functions.
